LEMON & LIME: Fresh lemon and lime permeates the vanilla sponge to give a refreshing, cleansing tang.

ORANGE: Fresh orange and orange flower essence infuses vanilla sponge resulting in a heady bouquet of orange zest.

VIOLET: Violet extract adds a light floral aroma to the classic vanilla sponge. It must be tried to be believed!

RICH FRUIT CAKE: Dried fruit are soaked in the highest quality rum fo six months to produce a truly moist & scumptious cake that you will never forget.

RASPBERRY & VANILLA VELVET: Delicately flavoured vanilla sponge and raspberry sponge sandwiched together with rich vanilla buttercream and raspberry puree.
