Anji is a talented Sugarcraft Designer who has always had a passion for working with food. Her attention to detail is exceptional fuelling a varied and creative background which has never been more evident than in her stunning cakes.

She started designing cakes for those close to her and it seemed like a natural transition for her to take her talent further than just catering for her circle of family & friends. So she started Couture Cakes, of which she is the founder and owner.
